Routine inspection conducted today: - Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. - All refrigeration units are at 4.0C or below. - All freezer units are at -18C or below. - Sanitizer spray bottle available. Both spray bottle and wall mounted sanitizer dispenser noted with 400 PPM QUAT. Staff knows where the spray bottle is located for sanitizing food contact surfaces. - General cleanliness and organization excellent. - No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection. - One of the staff onsite has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certificate.
