-Required cleaning detailed in previous report has been completed. Improvement noted in overall sanitation level. Ensure premises is maintained in this condition. -Organization of walk-in cooler has improved with raw meat being stored beneath/away from ready to eat items -Food is now being stored in proper food grade containers with lids in place. -Scoops/spoons now in place for scooping dry goods rather than bowls.
