Follow-up inspection conducted: -Dough sheeter in good sanitary condition. -Labelled bleach bottle available for each station. -No uncovered food observed from the freezer at the front retail area. -Manual dishwashing done at the 2 compartment sink. The one compartment attached beside in use for storage/air drying purposes when needed. Label stickers on order, to be delivered within the next week. Ensure to contact the health inspector to notify.
