- Temperature of all other coolers and freezers were adequate.
- Liquid soap and paper towels were available at all hand wash sinks.
- Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 71 degrees at the plate.
- No signs of pest infestation at the time of inspection.
* Some dust build up noted in hard-to-reach areas under and around equipment.
