Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BETPJN:

Premise cleaned but further cleaning required behind the deep fryer and main cooking line.
Mouse droppings cleaned. Some droppings still observed in the dry storage area. Clean and sanitize this area. Continue to have pest control services inspect premise on a monthly basis to monitor and take necessary corrective actions.
Sushi display cooler damaged doors still to be serviced. Reminder to turn on the unit and wait till the ambient air temperature is at or below 4 degrees C before placing any cold potentially hazardous foods.

Reminder to monitor and record temperatures of all coolers and freezers. Have records available for review at all times.
