Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two knives were observed in the handsink, were rinsed, and then placed on the magnetic knife strip.
Corrective Action(s): The operator placed the knives in the 3-compartment sink to wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry them. Do not wash any items that contact food in the handsink and ensure that the handsink is only used for handwashing. Note: 100-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer was already set up in the third compartment sink at the time of inspection.
