Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # DKAL-CQEPGP of Mar-30-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Facility has run out of their bleach supply Correction: Operator sent staff out to buy bleach at the time of inspection. Inspector will return in the afternoon to verify sanitizer.

Comments

Follow up inspection conducted to verify sanitizer. Bleach has been obtained. 100 ppm chlorine residual solution was detected in the sanitizer spray bottles. Ensure 5ml of bleach is mixed with 1 L of water. Ventilation hood cleaning is expected to occur tomorrow, March 31, 2023, according to the operator. Ensure the facility is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
