--> Hot water came out too late. Each sink took more than 1 min to show hot water.)

*Follow-up inspection to the inspection conducted July 7, 2017

1) Hot water @ handsink available. However, it still took 20 - 30 seconds to feel warm water. Ensure to call a plumber to bring up the warm water faster at handsinks.
2) Flies issue resolved. The operator promised to keep mop buckets + mops dry immediately after mopping the floor.
3) Hard to reach areas in the walk-in cooler and the sandwich prep coolers were cleaned. Keep up with cleaning schedule.
