Corrective Action(s): Get the exhaust hood serviced; clean all the shelving, lids of containers, in the walk-in cooler; clean all the trays inside the line cooler; clean the doors/handles of all coolers; clean grease buildup under and around the cooking units. Discard all the empty containers, pictures, etc that's being stored by the back door.
