Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Drive through wiping cloth sanitizer bucket measured at 50ppm chlorine. Staff prepared a new bucket of sanitizer solution during the inspection - measured at 100 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): When preparing the sanitizer solution, ensure the sanitizer tablet is thoroughly mixed with the water and that the wiping cloths are fully submerged.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Assembly table cooler for the breakfast foods measured at 6C-7C. Potentially hazardous foods moved to another cooler during the inspection. Operator contacted the repair company - technician will be on-site today.
Corrective Action(s): Adjust/repair cooler. Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in the cooler until it can operate at 4C or below.
