Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is excellent. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control service in place. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers measured at -18C or less. Hot holding measured 60C or higher. General storage practice is adequate. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 77C at the plate level. Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs. Observed excellent hygiene practice from staffs.
