Bar was not open at the time of inspection as it had began to rain.
Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Glasswasher dispensed 12.5 ppm iodine residual after the final rinse.
No potentially hazardous food was stored inside the bar coolers.
QUATS sanitizer is brought upstairs when the bar is in operation according to the Person in Charge.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed.
Ice is drained each night, the sink and tubes are cleaned and sanitized after final operation each day, and ice is refilled prior to use according to the Person in Charge.
Ice scoop was stored separately from the ice.
