Routine Inspection:
- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- 200ppm chlorine bleach available in sanitizer bucket
- Low temperature dishwasher reached 50ppm chlorine at plate surface
- Rice hot holding was at 60C or greater
- 2 preparation coolers are not in service and used as general storage
- Walk in cooler was 4C or lower
- Upright and chest freezer were -18C or lower
- Temperature logs were maintained
- Washroom was in good condition
- No evidence of pest activity was noted during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
